Open Positions
Customer Success Manager
- a. Wear many hats, but focus on the technical aspects of large enterprise onboarding, enterprise account management, sales enablement, and customer support.
- b. Collaborate with internal functional counterparts such as sales and product management. Understand customer challenges and creatively seek solutions. Be the voice of the customer to help drive business forward and improve the product.
- c. Possess excellent project management skills and have experience deploying Saas solutions to large enterprise customers. You are truly driven to ensure customers are successful.
- d. Articulate product value, inspire and sell the present as well as future potential. You understand the challenge that comes with change of this magnitude for our customers, and you are their partner and trusted advisor.
- e. Demonstrate outstanding interpersonal and communications skills, maintain strong long-term relationships with customers and partners, and pave the way to account expansion.
- f. Have a thirst for knowledge, learn our product, our customers, and our competitors. Have a strong desire to develop your skills and meet your own personal and career objectives. Never stop learning.
- g. Minimum of 8-10 years experience in customer success or technical support within an enterprise software/SaaS environment.

Strategic Account Manager
- a. Establishes, develops, and maintains excellent relationships, oversee deliveries and generate new business with key personnel in Strategic Accounts at Client Site.
- b. Works closely with StratApps executive staff to develop strategy and plan for accounts.
- c. Drives, tracks, and reports on key initiatives.
- d. Develops channel profile based on StratApps strategic plan and leveraging existing success models.
- e. Identifies target channel partners that would be good fit for StratApps in each US territory.
- f. Works closely with StratApps RSMs on the plan and execution.
- g. Recruits partners to StratApps, developing the initial relationship and leveraging executives in the process.
- h. Coordinates the involvement of other StratApps functions in the recruiting and on-boarding process, including management, support, service, and field.
- i. Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
Android Developer
- a. 2+ years of Android development experience
- b. Proficiency in Java, Eclipse, Android SDK
- c. Proven ability to build beautiful apps - ability to recognize and demonstrate contemporary aesthetics in design
- d. Experience developing, releasing, and maintaining native Java Applications (point us to your apps on Google Play) – with a deep understanding of the Android SDK.
- e. Proficient in multi-threading and memory management specific to mobile devices; with understanding of caching mechanisms
- f. The ability to work with designers and engineers alike – to create an enjoyable user experience.
- g. Experience building mobile apps with a significant back-end component
- h. The ability to write elegant, readable, and well-documented code.
- i. You build new and innovative product features – applying an entrepreneurial approach and passion to problem solving
- j. Maintaining high level performance quality
- - Bonus points if you have:
- a. Insightful opinions about developing for mobile
- b. A github account with projects in it
- c. Amazing debugging skills
- d. Experience developing testing suites for mobile applications
- e. Experience with Amazon Web Services
- f. Experience with web technologies (JavaScript, CSS, HTML5)
